Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after payment is received in full. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and processed securely through Razorpay.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations received more than 60 days before the event: full refund minus a 10% administration fee
• Cancellations received 30–60 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event: non-refundable

Abstract Submissions

Submission of an abstract does not guarantee registration or acceptance. Accepted presenters must register for the conference to be included in the final program.
